Otherwise, there will be bending, poor insulation performance and so on. And life of FR4 epoxy fiber glass pipe is halved for every 8°C increase in ambient temperature.
Avoid high voltage
Voltage of FR4 epoxy fiber glass pipe can be up to tens of kilovolts, but that is the critical value. In the process of use, the voltage should not be too high. Partial discharge may occur in electrical equipment due to uneven medium or uneven electric field distribution, and discharge will send out a variety of rays and sound waves, which will also play a destructive role to the material. These all can cause aging of FR4 epoxy fiber glass pipe.
Reduce mechanical vibration

Prevent corrosion
The deterioration of the air today and the chemical corrosion ions contained in the air corrode the FR4 epoxy fiber glass sheets very seriously. There are also some chemical factories. Therefore, it is better to protect the FR4 epoxy fiber glass pipe to reduce corrosion.
