1. Alkali-free Glass Fiber Band GB/T20627.1-2006
It is a kind of banded-shaped insulation product woven by alkali-free glass fiber. It is flame retardant, high temperature resistant, and well insulated; it also has good properties of corrosion resistance, less moisture absorption and high tensile strength, which is suitable for insulation binding on transformers, reactors, electrical motor. It can be also used for industrial heat insulation, oil pipeline coating, air emission pipe insulation coating, bolt and flange connection, oil rig brake shoe, thermal radiation shielding, mechanical high temperature friction reinforced materials, fire protection shell and other insulation protection layer, as well as ship equipment and so on.
2. Alkali-free Waxless Glass Fiber Band GB/T20627.1-2006
It is made from impregnating treated alkali-free glass fiber yarn; it can be well combined with insulating paint and resin. Mainly used for insulation binding on dry-type transformers and high standard electrical appliances.

3. Electrical Polyester Shrinkable Tape GB/T20630.2-2006 /IEC61068-2:1991
It is a kind of banded-shaped insulation material woven by polyester fiber. It has heat resistance and insulation property. It is used for coil binding and fastening on transformers, reactors, electric motors and other products, and has high heat shrinkage rate, high hot tensile strength, no loose or dropping, and no pollution to the oil.
Structure: Plain weave
According to different shrinkage rates, it is divided into: electrical polyester high shrinkage tape(shrinkage rate 40% ~ 45%) / electrical polyester low shrinkage tape(shrinkage rate 18% ~ 23%).
4. Electrical White Cloth Tape
It is woven from pure cotton yarn. Widely used as insulating coil binding on motor, electrical equipment, and transformers.
Structure: Plain weave / twill weave
5. Unidirectional Binding Tape
It has good electrical insulation properties, good flexibility and high tensile strength, which can work continuously at 130 ℃, 155 ℃ and 200 ℃ according to different heat-resistance classes. It’ s the most suitable banding material for large motor, transformer, lightning arrestor and inductor.
