1. This product adopts aramid fiber and glass fiber mixed continuous pultrusion, which makes the product's mechanical pressure and mechanical tension very excellent, and its tensile strength reaches 1500MPa, far exceeding the tensile strength of 570Mpa of No. 45 precision cast steel. Excellent electrical performance, with a voltage rating of 10kV-1000kV. Strong corrosion resistance, high bending strength, not easy to bend, easy to use and other characteristics.
2. The product allows a long-term working temperature of 170-210℃; the product's high short-circuit working temperature is 260℃ (time is less than 5 seconds).
3. The product uses high-quality release agent to ensure that the surface of the product is very smooth without color difference, burrs, or scratches.
4. The heat resistance and insulation levels of epoxy glass fiber rods both reach H level.
Epoxy glass fiber rods generally have high mechanical and dielectric properties, and also have good heat resistance and moisture resistance as well as good machinability.
