G7 sheets: Diverse uses of high-performance insulation materials
G7 sheet is mainly made of treated alkali-free glass fiber cloth impregnated with specific silicone resin, and then baked, dried and hot-pressed. This manufacturing process ensures that the material has excellent physical, electrical and mechanical properties.
Features of G7 sheets
High temperature resistance: G7 sheet has excellent high temperature resistance. Heat resistance grade is H grade. And long-term working temperature is not less than 180℃. This allows it to maintain stable electrical and mechanical properties in high temperature environments.
Mechanical properties: G7 sheet has high mechanical strength and hardness, vertical layer bending strength ≥119.6MPa, parallel layer impact strength ≥24.9KJ/m². These characteristics make G7 sheet perform well when subjected to external forces and suitable for various mechanical stress environments.
Electrical performance: G7 board has high electrical insulation performance, excellent resistance to leakage tracking and arc resistance. Specific uses of G7 sheet
1. Application in motors and electrical equipment
Insulating structural parts: In motors and electrical equipment, G7 sheet is often used as insulating structural parts.
