Korean Customers I Visiting Factory
On September 11, we welcomed a Korean customer from afar, Hyunjun Kang. He is the purchasing manager of a well-known Korean company. The purpose of their visit was mainly to visit our factory and understand the product production line. The second purpose was to communicate the price and delivery time of the product. This visit was not only a test of our factorys strength, but also an important opportunity for both parties to seek in-depth cooperation.
As soon as the customers arrived, the neat and orderly factory environment attracted their attention. The customers could not help but express their sincere admiration for the efficient management of the factory. Accompanied by the companys deputy general manager, sales manager and technicians, the customers first stepped into the factory exhibition hall. From classic insulation sheet to cutting-edge polymer insulation materials, each product embodies the wisdom and hard work of the R&D team. The technicians introduced the unique performance, application field and innovation of each product in detail. The customers nodded in praise and took samples to examine them carefully. They showed great interest in FR4 and ESD, and the atmosphere of on-site communication was warm.
Afterwards, the customers came to the production workshop. The advanced automated equipment was operating in an orderly manner, and the entire production process was completed in one go. The technicians gradually explained each process from raw material selection, precision processing to strict finished product inspection. Each step strictly followed international standards. Customers have highly praised the factorys highly automated production level and rigorous quality control system. During the visit, the customers raised questions about some technical details and production processes. The accompanying personnel, with their solid professional knowledge, gave clear and professional answers, which won the recognition of the customers.
After the visit, the two sides moved to the conference room for in-depth exchanges. The company leaders introduced the companys development history, market layout and future strategic planning to the customers, showing the companys strong strength and broad prospects. The customers also shared their needs and development trends in the Korean market. The two sides conducted in-depth discussions on product supply, technology research and development, and reached a preliminary consensus on cooperation in a friendly atmosphere.
This visit of the customer to the factory is not only an all-round test of the factorys strength, but also an important opportunity for both parties to open a new chapter of cooperation. I believe that in the future, the two parties will work together to open up a broader market in the field of insulation materials and create more brilliance.
