Clients from Kenya who has bought enameled wire, DDP and electric paperboard

Today our colleague Holly signed a contract with a Kenyan customer and we are happy for her. This customer from Kenya who built a transformer factory in August 2019 and requires a lot of insulation materials. He learned about ZTELEC GROUPS through online. He compared with many different companies. He is very satisfied with our products and production process. Just today he decided to purchase our insulation materials amounting to 580,000 yuan.The enameled wire is the main product of winding wire. It is made of insulation layer and conductor. The bare wire are painted and baked after annealing and softening. It is not easy to make a product which is to meet standard request and customer requirement. It is affected by raw material quality, process parameters, production equipment and environment factors. So the different enameled wires have different quality characteristics but they need to be with mechanical properties, chemical properties, electric properties and thermal properties. In short the enameled wire is a copper wire covered with an insulator that often plastic.

 

   

 

DDP is a kind of insulating material which is made of special modified epoxy resin in a rhombohedral shape on electrical insulating paper. The product is widely used in the insulation between layers and turns of oil-immersed dry type power transformers. When it was used, the coating layer starts to melt at a certain temperature during the drying process of the coil that result in adhesive effect. With the rise of temperature, it starts to solidify that make the adjacent layers of the winding reliably bonded into a fixed unit. The adhesive strength of epoxy resin is enough to prevent the displacement of each layer of winding in short circuit, so as to ensure the electrical and mechanical properties of insulation structure. Because the resin coating of rhombus point adhesive paper is point-like, it ensures the immersion of oil and the discharge of gas in the insulation material, and effectively avoids corona and local discharge, thus ensuring the safety and reliability of the insulation structure that also be used as cable shielding isolation layer and high voltage motor, electrical corona prevention material.

 

 

Electrical paperboard has good mechanical strength, high electric strength, large tightness, small shrinkage, good flatness that is widely used in dry type transformers and capacitors. The emergence of this material has brought about a new height in China’s mechanical industry.
