product description
Description of DMD/DM/DMDM/DMDP
DM series insulating paper is short for polyester film polyester fiber non-woven flexible composite materials. DM insulating paper is two-layer flexible composite material which is bonded by gluing polyester fiber non-woven(D) and polyester film(M); DMD insulating paper is three-layer flexible composite material which is bonded by gluing polyester fiber non-woven(D) on both sides of polyester film(M); DMDM insulating paper is four-layer flexible composite material which is composed of two-layer polyester fiber non-woven(D) and two-layer polyester film(M) overlapped alternately and glued together. DM insulating paper, DMD insulating paper, and DMDM insulating paper all have good mechanical strength and dielectric property, and higher heat resistant property. The insulation class is B class or F class.
Application of DMD/DM/DMDM/DMDP
DM series insulating paper is finalized insulating material of Y series motors, and can be used as insulating slot, turn-to-turn insulation and layer-to-layer insulation, pad insulation core for small and middle sized motors and turn-to-turn insulation for transformer.
Advantage of DMD/DM/DMDM/DMDP
To satisfy the diversified market demands for DM series insulating paper, ZTelec Group specially produces two-layer DM insulating paper, three-layer DMD insulating paper, and four-layer DMDM insulating paper using polyester film and polyester fiber non-woven as raw materials, ensuring that the series products have excellent mechanical property, temperature and corrosion resistance, high rigidity, hardness and toughness, and good chemical resistance and oil resistance. ZTelec Group is equipped with advanced ventilation facilities and dust-removing equipment to keep the products dry and clean. The mechanical and electrical properties of products are superior to the similar one of other companies. Its quality is recognized by domestic and foreign large enterprises such as Lens Technology in China and Schneider Electric and sold overseas such as European and American areas.
